These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the 18coi platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). By visiting the 18coi website, opening an account, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

5.3 VIP Program

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform.

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming on the 18coi platform. Separate specific rules may apply for each type of game or sport.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered valid only when it has been confirmed by the platform system and the user has received a confirmation. Bets that were not recorded in the system due to network issues or technical errors will be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the official match result is final. In the case of disputed results, the decision of the relevant sporting authority (such as ICC, FIFA, or BPL authorities) will apply. In the event of a match cancellation or abandonment, 18coi's betting rules will be followed.

6.3 Technical Issues

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system ("bonus abuse")
• Colluding against other users or attempting to gain an unfair advantage
• Participating in match fixing or score manipulation
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or gaming for their benefit
• Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage

18coi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

8.2 Closure at User's Request
